Our clients from the Edgefield residence called upon our skills and expertise again to transform a lifeless contemporary Mediterranean into an eclectic retreat that transports visitors from Dallas to San Miguel de Allende. Using techniques we developed on-site, our team of craftsmen softened every sharp corner and gave the walls an aged white-washed stucco finish. We also directed the design and fabrication of custom metal work for stair handrail and kitchen shelving, and modified doorways and windows to accommodate the installation of antique doors and stained glass. Hand scraped cabinetry and flooring further enhance the illusion of being in another place and time. Outside, our exterior remodel tasks included new stucco, installation of an outdoor fireplace and extensive flagstone retaining walls and walks.
