We executed foundation work, structural changes to interior walls, and changes in the roofline to accommodate a custom balcony on the second floor and new stairwell in this Beverly Drive beauty. The renovation included a complete bath remodel, installation of a handy butler’s kitchen in master suite, and a new fireplace surround.
